摘要
为探讨青叶霜外用对银屑病皮损微观结构的影响 ,以青叶霜外涂小鼠尾部 ,18d后观察各组小鼠尾部表皮颗粒细胞数的变化。结果 :青叶霜组小鼠尾部表皮颗粒细胞计数明显高于单纯霜组。提示该药能改善银屑病皮损的病理形态 。
To explore the effects of external application of leaf frost on microstructure of affected skin of psoriasis,the leaf frost was applied on the tails of mice for 18 days to observe the changes of local epidermal granular cell counts.Results:The counts of granular cells were obviously higher in the observation group than in control group,suggesting that the leaf frost can improve the skin lesion.
