摘要
本文对保护生物学的发展进行了简单的回顾,重点阐述了保护生物学的主要原理、研究内容以及研究方法。保护生物学的研究内容主要包括三个方面:(1)灭绝。预报灭绝、解释导致灭绝的原因和防止灭绝的发生;(2)物种的进化潜能;(3)栖息地的保护和迁地保护;(4)群落和生态系统;(5)生物资源的持续利用。同时,对保护生物学发展方向进行了简单讨论。
This paper gives the simple history of conservative biology,and tries to review principles, contents and methodology used in conservative biology.The research contents of it mainly includes five aspacts: 1.extinction;2.evolutionary potential;3.communities and ecosystems;4.habitat conservation and ex situ conservation;5.sustainable application of biological resources.In addition,this paper also gives the biological technology appling on conservation biology,and discussees the developmental trends of this subject.
