摘要
双层注水滤砂管靠金属毡实现滤砂性能。该滤砂管上接注水阀,注入水由注水阀进入滤砂管环空,再经外层滤砂管注进地层,实现注水;注水井停注时,地层外吐砂就会被金属毡阻隔在滤砂管周围,达到防砂目的。与之配套的分层注入防砂工艺管柱的优化组合对其使用效果起着相当大的作用。
The sand control pipe for dual layer water-injection,which depends on mental felt,puts into effect the function of control sands.The waterflood valve meets the sand control pipe;then,the injecting water flows into the sand filter pipe's annular space through the waterflood valve and flows into the layer through the outside sand control pipe. The sand coming from the layer is blocked around the sand control pipe when the water injection well is closed, therefore the purpose of control sands can been attained; it plays an important role for the effect of control sands to optimize the string structure of separate zone flooding.
