摘要 本工作研究了激光熔凝对火焰喷涂Ni-Cr-B-Si,Fe-Cr-B-合金涂层,等离子喷涂碳化物(Ni-Cr)合金涂层的显微组织结构和固体粒子冲蚀磨损行为的影响。结果表明,激光熔凝改善了涂层的组织结构,提高了冲蚀磨损抗力。本文探讨了涂层的冲蚀磨损机理。 In this work the effects of laser melting on the microstruture and the solid particle erosion behavior of flame sprayed Ni-Cr-B-Si and Fe-Cr-B- alloy coatings, plasma sprayed chromium carbide (Ni-Cr) and WC-Co (Ni-Cr) alloy coatings have been studied. The results have shown that laser melting has modified the microstructure of sprayed coatings, eliminated the porosity of sprayed coatings and increased the erosion resistance of the coatings, The erosion mechanisms of these coatings have been investigated.
