摘要
用黑龙江省8个地面气象观测站的1909~2002年气温和降水资料,对年及冬、夏季气温和年及春、夏季降水进行线性趋势、气候基本态及变率进行了分析,得到气温变化总趋势是上升的,降水变化总趋势是减少的;目前年及冬、夏季气温均处在高气温基本态高变率状态,春季降水处在少降水基本态高变率状态,年及夏季降水处于少降水基本态低变率状态;并对黑龙江省气候变化进行了多时间尺度分析,发现黑龙江省气候变化具有明显的阶段性和突变性,气温经历了冷、暖、冷、暖4个阶段,现在处于暖阶段,降水经历了干、湿、干、湿、干5个阶段,目前处在干期;又分析了黑龙江省异常冷暖冬、冷热夏及春、夏季降水事件出现的规律和特征。
We analyzed the linear tentency、climate basic situation and their change ratio of the yearly and spring and summer's temperature and precipitation by applying the temperature and precipitation data of 8 stations in Hei Longjiang Province from 1909 to 2002. It showed that the general temperature change tendency was increasing, yet the general precipitation tendency was decreasing; by now the yearly 、winter and summer temperatures were in the high ratio situation under the high temperature basic situation; the spring precipitation was in the high ratio under the low precipitation basic situation; and yearly and summer precipitation were in low ratio under the low precipitation basic situation. We also analyzed the climate change of Hei Longjiang Province by multitime scale, and got the conclusion that the climate change in Hei Longjian Province had the charicteristics of stages and sudden change. The temperature experenced four stages from cold to warm,then cold , then warm again, now it was in warm stage; the precipitation experenced five stages, from dry to wet, then dry, then wet, then dry again, now it was in dry times. In this article we analyzed the regulation and charicteristics of the anormaly cold and warm winter、cold and warm summer and spring、summer precipitation events.
