摘要
本文主要探讨了机织物在各个方向承受单向拉伸载荷、双向拉伸载荷及弯曲载荷时的力学性能。在单向拉伸时,机织物各个方向的弹性模量差异较大;而双向拉伸时,各个方向的(σ/ε)的差异较小。至于机织物的弯曲性能,也是各个方向不同。文中还对不同纤维、不同支数、不同纬密及不同组织的机织物,进行了单向拉伸及双向拉伸的力学性能比较。
This paper has mainly discussed the mechanical properties of woven fabrics in differ- ent directions under uniaxial stretching biaxial stretching and bending loads.It is found that the elastic module of wover fabric in different directions are different under uniaxial tensile load.But under biaxial tensile load,the differences of the(σ/ε)in different driec- tions are little.The bending properties of the woven fabrics in different directions are also different.Besides,under uniaxial and biaxial tensile loads,the mechanicai properties of woven fabrics with the changes of fiber,yarn count,weft density.and weave are also compared.
