摘要
文章指出,目前有关侵犯商业秘密的纠纷越来越多,如何使商业秘密免受不正当侵害,已成为现代企业面临的重要问题之一。企业要保护商业秘密,首先要了解企业哪些信息是商业秘密,其次是如何保护。
The author points out that there are more and more disputes about violating business secrets and their protection has become a serious problem facing modern enterprises. The author holds that China's enterprises should first understand what are business secrets and then carry out their protection.
