摘要
目的研究针灸对慢性阻塞性肺病血液流变性的影响。方法对104例慢性阻塞性肺病患者应用针刺背俞穴配合拔罐疗法观察血液流变性改变情况。结果本方法能够显著降低慢性阻塞性肺病患者的血液黏度及血流阻力 ,改善临床症状 ,缩短病程 ,减少复发机会 ,与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论针刺背俞穴配合拔罐疗法可以改善慢性阻塞性肺病患者血液黏度、血流阻力及临床症状。
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture on blood rheology of patients with chronic obstructive diseaes of lung.Methods The acupuncture at back Shu acupoints with cupping therapy was applied to treat obstructive diseases of lung and the blood rheolgy was studied.Results The acupuncture could apparently reduce the blood viscosity and resistance to blood flow,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the therapeutic course.The difference of those parameters before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions The acupuncture with cupping therapy could reduce the blood viscosity and resistance to blood flow.
