摘要
将-500V和-1300V聚丙烯驻极体作用于烫伤小鼠3、6和9h,通过细胞电泳仪和比色法测定烫伤小鼠红细胞表面的电荷密度及唾液酸含量,研究静电场对烫伤小鼠红细胞驻极态的调控机制.结果显示:①小鼠烫伤后各时段红细胞表面的电荷密度和唾液酸含量较对照组明显下降;②静电场能使烫伤小鼠红细胞表面的电荷密度和唾液酸含量较烫伤组明显上升,且与静电场的大小呈正相关性.静电场通过调控红细胞表面的唾液酸含量来修复烫伤小鼠红细胞的驻极态.
After treating the scalded mice with -500 V and -1 300 V polypropylene electrets for 3, 6,and 9h, respectively, the charge density and contents of sialic acid (SA) on the red blood cell RBC are were determined by means of cell electrophoresis and spectrophotometer to explore the mechanism of static field on surface charge of RBC in scalded mice. The results indicates that ① charge density and SA contents of RBC in each period after mice scaled are decreased significantly as compared with those of in control group. ② In negative electret group, charge density and SA contents of RBC are increased markedly with intensity of static field. Static field can repair the electret state of RBC in scalded mice by stabilizing the SA contents of RBC.
