摘要
电旋风除尘是将高压静电除尘与旋风除尘相结合的新型除尘技术.本文研究了供电方式对电旋风除尘器除尘性能影响,测定了在相同入口风速、基础工作电压、入口粉尘浓度情况下,脉冲供电与直流供电方式下电旋风除尘器的总除尘效率及分级除尘效率.结果表明:脉冲供电有效地提高电旋风除尘器的除尘效率,特别是对于粒径小于1μm的粉尘,脉冲供电与直流供电相比,电旋风除尘器的分级除尘效率提高20%以上.
Cyclone electrostatic precipitation (CESP) is a new technique, which has combined cyclone with electrostatic. In this paper, experiment study of the performance of CESP under different power supply conditions is carried out. The collection efficiency and the grade efficiency of CESP under different power supply conditions have been tested in same velocity, voltage, dust concentration. It shows that the collection efficiency of CESP in impulse power supply is better than that of in DC power supply, especially for grain size <1 μm, collection efficiency of CESP in impulse energization is over 20% more than that of in DC power supply.
