摘要
目的:探讨季节变化对甲状腺机能亢进症的发展是否有影响。方法:回顾性分析1988年～1997年间甲状腺机能亢进症患者1750例,与10年间每月平均气温变化的关系,并作回归方程及相关系数检验。结果:甲状腺机能亢进症的发病与温暖季节呈明显正相关性。结论:甲状腺机能亢进症的发病率,夏季明显高于冬季。
Objective: Inquiring into whether the seasonal variation has effect on the occurring of hyperthy-roidism. Methods:Reviewing 1750 cases patients suffering form hyperthyroidism from 1988 to 1997, We made regression equation according to every month's air temperature during the ten years and had the relevant quotient checked. Results: Our results point out hyperthyroidism and warm season show positive relevant. Conclusion: The conclusion is that seasonal variations in temperature can affect the incidence of hyperthyroidism.
