摘要
本文研制了Ce—Pr系陶瓷色料,利用X—射线衍射分析技术进行了Ce——Pr系色料的晶相鉴定,并观察了其在不同类型釉(低温、高温型)中的呈色情况。研究表明:随着Pr_6O_(11)含量的变化,Ce——Pr色料的晶相及釉中颜色均有变化。当Pr_6O_(11)含量较少时,为萤石型CeO_2结构,随着Pr_6O_(11)含量的增加,出现萤石型及立方型两种晶相;并且Ce——Pr色料在釉中的颜色由橙红、肉红基调变成浅绿色。由此可见,Ce——Pr色料的晶相不同,其颜色不同。同时,Ce——Pr色料萤石型晶相XRD分析中几个特征值(d值)的变化,亦为CeO_2——PrO_2的完全互溶提供了充分的依据。
The Ce——Pr pigments were synthesized。The crystal phase in pigments was determined by X-rays. Diffraction and their coloration in different type of glaze (low temperature, high temperature) was abserved These results showed that their crystal and color would varied, when Pr_?O_(11) changed. The crystal strvcture wauld be fluorite—type (CeO_2—type)when Pr_6O_(11) is small and their crystal structure and their color would varied from reddish yellow, yellowish pink to green when Pr_6O_(11) increased.lt was shown that different crystal would produce different color.The variety of d—value of fluorite——type crystal in pigments has given the evidence that CeO_2 and PrO_2 could be dissolved completly each other。
