摘要
目的 探讨阵发性非瓣膜病心房颤动患者血小板P选择素 ,GPⅡb/Ⅲa表达及纤溶活性的变化。方法 测定 41例阵发性非瓣膜病心房颤动患者血小板P选择素 ,GPⅡb/Ⅲa表达及全套纤溶指标 ,并与 2 7例正常人对比。结果 阵发性非瓣膜病房颤患者血小板P选择素表达明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异有显著意义 ,且GPⅡb/Ⅲa表达亦有增高趋势 ,t -PA活性 ,血浆PIg明显下降 ,而PAL -1活性增高。
Objective To explore the altered regularityof the fibrnolytic system and the platelet activation factor CD62p CD63 in nonvalvular patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods Venonc blood was sampled for determination of fibrinolytic system and platelet activation factor CD62p GPⅡb/Ⅲa.in 41 patients with nonvalvular paroxysmalatrial fibrillation and compared with 19 normal subjects.Results It was found that patients with paroxysmal atrialfibrillation showed significan higher platelet CD62p GPⅡb/Ⅲa,Plasminogen activator PAI-1 and lower actvator t-PA than control.Conclusion The non-rheumatic patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation show hypofibrinolytic and pre-thrombogensis state.
