摘要
目的 建立乙肝表面抗原 (HBsAg)定量检测的室内质控。方法 分别留取单一乙肝模式的混合血清样本 ,同时与Abbott公司提供HBsAg质控品比较 ,选取合适的乙肝模式及HBsAg滴度作为室内质控品。结果 HBsAg在高、中、低滴度时的CV值分别为3.96%、3.31%、2.87 % ,Abbott公司提供的HBsAg室内质控品的CV值为3.01%。结论
Objective To set up internal quality control for quantitative analysis of hepatitis B virus superficial antigen(HBsAg). Methods The mixed serum chosen respectively from the patients who had the same model hepatitis B virus was compared with those control HBsAg serum from Abbott company as internal quality control at the same time. Results HBsAg CVwas3.96%?3.31%?2.87%when the degree of HBsAg was high?moderate and low respectively.While the CV of Abbott company control was3.01%. Conclusion Mixed serum from unitary model of HBV can be used to set up internal quality control for quantitative analysis of HBsAg in clinical laboratory.
