摘要
对换热器的热量(火用)损失和(火用)效率进行了分析。指出为取得较高的(火用)效率,传热单元数和水当量比应仔细选择,它们有一最佳值。对换热器进行了热经济学优化计算,得出换热器最佳参数与燃料种类、发热量、价格、换热器传热系数、烟气进换热器温度和换热器单位传热面积投资有关,并对它们之间的关系进行了讨论。
Heat exergy loss and exergy efficiency of heat exchangers are analyzed. The results show that in order to obtain higher exergy efficiency number of transfer unit(NTU)and capacitance ratio should be selected carefully for they have optimum values. Thermoeconomic optimum ca; culations for heat exchangers show that optimum parameters of heat exchangers are related to fuel sort and price, heat conductance, gas temperature and cost per heat transfer area.
