摘要
目的 研究急性弥漫性脑损伤对血脑屏障(Blood-brain barrier,BBB)通透性时程变化的影响,为确定军事训练伤的救治时限提供实验依据。方法采用Marmaarou’s颅脑损伤装置制作大鼠弥漫性脑损伤模型;测定脑组织含水量的变化;用伊文氏蓝(Evans blue EB)示踪BBB通透性的变化。结果 急性弥漫性脑损伤后24 h组脑含水量为(84.17±0.36)%,较正常对照组(78.34±0.37)%相比具有明显差异(P<0.01);但急性弥漫性脑损伤后6 h组脑组织中EB含量为(378.10±28.14)μg/g,较正常对照组(11.67±2.47)μg/g相比变化具有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论 脑含水量的变化与脑组织中.EB含量变化不完全一致,BBB的开放先于脑水肿的形成。
Objective To study the time interval changes in permeability of blood-brain barrier(BBB) in acute diffuse brain injury,providing experimental data for treatment of craniocerebral injury under conditions of military training. Methods A rat model of diffuse brain injury was developed according to Marmaarou's method.The water content in brain tissue was measured.The permeability of BBB was evaluated using Evans blue (EB) .Results The water content in brain tissue of rats 24 h after brain injury was significantly higher than that of normal control rats (84.17 ±0.36)% versus(78.34± 0.37) %( P < 0.01), and the EB content in brain tissue of rats 6 h after brain injury was very significanfly higher than that of normal controls (378.10± 28.14) μg/g versus (11.67 ±2.47) μg/g( P < 0.01). Conclusions The water content and EB content in brain tissue changed in different degrees after acute diffuse brain injury.The blood-brain brain is disrupted before the formation of brain edema.
