摘要
目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折手术治疗方法。方法 回顾 42例胫骨平台骨折手术要点及术后并发症。结果 绝大多数病例取得满意的临床效果 ,按Merchant综合评分标准 ,优 16例 ,良 19例 ,可 5例 ,差 2例 ,优良率 83.3%。结论 在治疗胫骨平台骨折手术中 ,保持关节面平整、选择坚固的内固定及伤口周边软组织处理尤其重要。
Objective To investigate the methods of treating fractures of the tibial plateau. Methods 42 patients were treated by operations. The key points in operation were discussed. And how to reduce the postoperative complications was analyzed. Results According to the Merchant assessment standards. 35 cases had excellent or good results. Fair results were in 5 cases. 2 cases were poor. 83.3% of them were satisfied. Conclusion It is very important to regain a smooth articular surface, to have strong internal fixations and to repair soft tissues in the wounds.
