摘要
材料科学的许多研究对象都具有自相似性,而自相似性可以用分形维数加以描述。因而,分形维数作为材料的结构参数近年来获得了许多应用,分形维数的测定方法也得到了发展。本文简略地介绍了分形理论的基本概念和思想,并综述了材料科学中有关分形维数的常用测定方法。如切割岛法、吸附法和X射线小角散射法。
Many objects in materials science,such as fracture surface,pore boundaries etc,have the property of selfsimilarity. Fractal dimension canbe used to describe such properties.Thus,fractal dimension,as a parameter of material's structure, gained wide applications in recent years, and correspondingly, techniques and methods have been developed for the determination of fractal dimensions. This paper introduces briefly the basic points of fractal theory and reviews the common methods for determining fractal dimension at the present in materials science,such as slit island method,adsorption methods and small angle X-rayscattering technique.
