摘要
目的 探讨“保心包”贴膜用于手术切口镇痛的效能和安全性。方法 选择行择期胸部手术病例 60例 ,随机分为两组。试验组 :术毕根据切口长度 ,选择“保心包”贴膜外贴手术切口 ;对照组 :术毕切口直接外敷美孚敷料。观察两组术后 48小时内切口疼痛情况、精神状态、度冷丁应用情况 ,以及不良反应。结果 试验组切口镇痛有效率 86.67%,患者安静 ,对照组自然无痛率 2 0 %,两组比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。两组手术切口 ,皆甲级愈合 ,无一例感染。结论 “保心包”贴膜用于胸科手术术后镇痛 ,安全、有效 ,方法简便易行。
Objective To Study the effects and safety of “Bao Xing Bao”membrane dressing used in thoracic incision analgesia.Methods 60 cases of thoracic operations were divided into two groups at random. Experimental group: Use“Bao Xing Bao”membrane dressing (mode from 26 herbs) according to the length of incision postoperatively. Control group:Use“Mei Fu”dressing only. Observe incision analgesia, patients' psychical state, Dolantine used or not and its side-effects in the 48 hours postoperatively.Result General effective rate in experimental group is 86.67%, in control group is 20%. Contrast with the two groups, P<0.01 .The incision cured well, P>0.05 .Conclusion “Bao Xing Bao”membrane dressig used in thoracic incision analgesia postoperatively is safety andeffective. The method is convenient and side effect is little.
