摘要
本文介绍以旋转填料床为强制混合反应器进行化学液相沉淀反应,实验生产碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、硫酸钡、氧化 锌、拟薄水铝石等纳米粉体材料的工艺及实验结果,考察旋转填料床转速、溶液的过饱和程度、分散剂等因素对平均粒径的影 响,提出还需要完善的方面,建议用错流型旋转填料床解决气相压降过大的难题。
This article introduces the process and experiment results of nano powder material, such as Ca-CO3,Al(OH)3, BaSO4, ZnO and Al2O3·2H2O, produced by chemical liquid phase reaction in the rotating packed bed, explores the particle size effected by rotating velocity of rotating packed bed, saturation of liquor and distracting dose, expounds some direction to be improved, suggests cross- flow rotating packed bed to resolve the difficult problem, which the gas-phase pressure drop is too high.
