滑动速度对自修复纳米润滑添加剂摩擦学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在3组不同的滑动速度下,用XP摩擦磨损试验机的环-环接触方式研究了钢/钢摩擦副在添加了纳米润滑添加剂的N68 NT-1润滑介质作用下的摩擦学性能。结果表明:摩擦副的滑动速度对添加自修复纳米润滑添加剂的N68 NT-1润滑油的摩擦学性能的影响不同于其对常规润滑油,对于常规润滑油,摩擦副的摩擦系数和磨损量随滑动速度的增大分别为减小和增大;对于含自修复纳米润滑添加剂的N68 NT1,滑动速度增大,摩擦系数减小,且随时间的延长逐渐减小,最后达到一个较小的平衡值,而磨损量均出现了负磨损,但负磨损均不大,几乎可以忽略。N68 NT-1表现出了良好的摩擦学性能和优异的自修复效应。 The tribological characteristics of a steel - steel pair by the N68 NT -1 added with the self - repair nanometer - lubricating additive as lubricants were investigated on an XP friction and wear tester in a ring -on - ring contact configuration under three different kinds velocity. The results showed that the effect of slide speed on the tribological characteristics of friction pairs with the N68 NT - 1 as the lubricant was different with the effect of slide speed on the tribological characteristics of friction pairs with the N68 as the lubricant For the normal lubricating oil, the friction coefficient and the wear mass losses of the friction pair were diminution and accretion respectively with the increasing of relative speed, and for the N68 NT -1 involved the self - repair lubricating additive, when the relative speed increased, the friction coefficient decreased first, then slowly decreased with time , finally kept a lower constant value, moreover, the wear mass losses were minus value all, but the values were very little and could be neglected. So the N68NT - 1 showed good tribological characteristics and excellent self - repair effect
