摘要
目的 :探讨手术后腰椎间隙感染的临床诊断和防治。方法 :对手术后腰椎间隙感染 6例的临床资料进行分析总结。结果 :分析了手术后腰椎间隙感染的临床特点。结论 :腰腿痛症状加剧与ESR增快是早期诊断的重要依据 ,CT、MRI和CRP检查也是有效的方法。根据其典型的临床特点 ,早期诊断并不困难。保守治疗可取得良好疗效。
Objective:To study the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation.Methods:6 cases of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation were analyzed.Results:The characteristic of the intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation was analyzed.Conclusion:The worsened clinical symptoms and the accelerate ESR are important diagnostic criteria in early stage,CT,MRI and CRP are important too.According to the typical clincalcharateristic of intervertebral space infection,it is not difficult to diagnose in early stage.Conservative treatment results is good.We should pay attention to the prevention of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation.
