摘要
通过对超细和细粒度组成的机械用碳材料的两次酚醛树脂浸渍,测定了它们浸渍前后的肖氏硬度、抗折强度和抗压强度等机械性能以及摩擦系数等动态性能,并以浸渍前后的体积密度、开孔气孔率和碳相分析结果说明之,可发现超细和细粒度组成的机械用碳材料的浸渍效果差异很大。
The mechanical behaviour such as scope hardness, bending strength and compressive strength and dynamic behaviour such as coefficient of friction before and after impregnating were measured by two-impregnating of carbon material consisted of ultrafine and fine grain size with phenolformaldehyde resin, they were illustrated based on volume density, open porosity and analysis results of carbon phase before and after impregnating. It was found that there was great difference in impregnating effect of carbon material consisted of ultrafine and fine grain size for mechanical engineering.
