摘要
作者根据电化学氧化原理研制出活性炭脱氧剂。实验求出脱氧反应活化能,探讨了脱氧机理,并进行了脱氧保鲜试验。
Active carbon deoxidizer has been developed on the principle of electrochemical oxidation.The activation energy of deoxidized reaction was obtained by testing.The deoxidisation mechanism was approached and the food deoxjdisation fresh-keeping test was carried out.
