本文就290Q_1和295T柴油机曲轴断裂原因,从加工工艺、材质金相组织、装配、设计、使用等方面进行了系统分析,并提出有效的改进措施。
The paper gives a systematic analysis of the causes for crankshaft rupture occurrence on 290 Q_1 and 295T diesel engines, as viewed from technological process, mctallographic structure of material used, assembly, design and application, and presents effective countermeasures taken for improvement.
