摘要
本文根据用楔块调整复摆腭式破碎机排料口宽度的特性,建立了相应的数学模型。自编程序用计算机作了实例计算,得出了国产PE400×600复摆腭式破碎机排料口宽度e与楔块调整度⊿h和D_x之间的定量关系式,并分析了e之变化时动腭运动特性的影响。此方法为排料口宽度调整设计提供了可靠参考依据。
Based on the characteristics of the adjustment to the width of discharge opening with wedge in a compound swing jaw crusher, a relevant mathematical model is set up. A computer program is compiled and a practical example is calculated with a computer. The formulas of the quantitative relations between the width of discharge opening e and the adjusted degrees △h and D_x with wedge in a home-made PE 400×600 type compound swing jaw crusher. The effect of e, when changing its value, on the kinematical characteristics of moving jaw is also analyzed. This method can provide a reliable reference basis for the design of adjustment to the width of discharge opening.
