摘要
采用大电流、细直径焊丝、高速送丝MAG焊工艺,对轧制的高锰钢薄板进行了焊接。分析了焊接接头组织及性能,得出了MAG焊焊接高锰钢的可行性。
This paptr deals with the MAG are welding properties of Hadfield manganese steel rooling sheet,Welds were carried cut sing the MAG arc welding with thin welding wire,large welding current and high welding speed.The microstructure of weld metal joint and the properties of weld metal joint were analyzed.The results obained show that it is possible for Hadfield manganese steel rooling sheet to be welded by MAG arc welding.
