摘要
从区域发展战略研究出发,探讨了益阳市生态规划的内容及其对益阳市区域发展的重大影响,认为要因地制宜、保护和充分利用益阳市域范围内得天独厚的自然地形和水系,特别是要做好水资源的保护和利用,建设山水生态新城.
Based on the research of regional economy development strategy, the paper analyzes the main contents of ecological planning and its significant impacts on the regional development of Yiyang city. In order to build a new city ecological city with clear water and green mountains, it is very necessary to adjust the measures to the local conditions, try to protect and make good use of the natural landscape and water system in the city.
