铝硅合金准固态力学性能测试装置及应用

摘要 热裂与其合金的准固态力学性能密切相关。本文利用自制的准固态力学性能测试装置,对Al—2%Si合金的准固态力学性能进行了研究,测试结果表明,该合金的热脆性温度区间为26℃,在热脆性区间其强度最大值仅为0.58MPa,易产生热裂。 Semi-solid mechanical properties of alloys have a great effect on the hot-tearing defects in castings. In the paper, the mechanical properties of Al-2%Si alloy in semi-solid state during solidification have been investigated with a self-made measuring apparatus. The results obtained show that the hot-shortness temperatrue interval of this alloy is 26℃ and maximum strenghth only 0.58MPa, thus the hot-tearing is more likely to occur within this temperature interval during casting process.
