摘要
本文描述了一种利用VMOS场效应管和3524芯片构成的半桥式无工频变压器驱动电路。该电路可以当作一个电子器件,配以不同的高频变压器可得到不同的电压输出,最大输出功率为400w,且具有软启动、TTL电平遥控、脉宽可调的功能,用户可以根据自己的需要设计成不同的电源。文中还给出了几个实际应用。
A half-bridge switching-power driver is described. By fitting VMOS-FETs 3524 together with other supplementary components, the driving circuit is regarded as a single devicewhich will transform sinewave of 220V/50Hz into pulses of 300V_(pp)/50kHz. When appropriate high-freqency transformer and rectifier are added to the driving circuit, a DC voltage source will be obtained. The driving circuit has other functions of softstart, TTL remote control and adjustable pulsewidth. Several applications of the driving circuit are presented.
