摘要
本文以齿轮啮合原理为依据,用圆环面包络圆柱蜗杆(ZC_1蜗杆)螺旋面的一种特殊表达式,导出了ZC_1蜗杆刀的刃廓曲线的求解公式。该方法可以推广到其它圆柱蜗杆滚刀的刃廓曲线求解公式的推导。
Basing on the gearing in principle, in this paper, the solving equation for hob blade curve of ZC_1 worm is derived byusing the particular expression for helicoid of cylindrical worm(ZC_1 worm) enveloped by toro-id. This method can be extended to deduce the solving equation for other hob blade curve of cylindrical worm.
