摘要
从珠港澳3地经济发展中存在的问题入手,分析3地经济合作的必要性、可能性和限制性因素,大胆设想了未来的珠港澳大经济区的发展模式,用"核心-边缘"理论说明3地经济发展的互补性,阐述了集聚经济及外在规模经济的效用,对珠港澳区域合作进行了功能分区和发展定位,并讨论了深化经济合作的诸多领域。
Economic globalization and regional economy integration have a profound influence on the economic development of different areas.The necessity, possibility and restrictive factors of economic cooperation between the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Macao are analyzed. By using the 'core-edge'theory, the complementary economic development of the three areas is explained,and an economic development mode for those areas is also designed. It is considered that they can partake in different functions to form a strong economic core by establishing an economic cooperative region, which can promote economic development in the periphery areas. Finally some measures, such as establishment of regional economic cooperative organizations, construction of an inverse-Y-shaped transportation system, improvement of the regional infrastructure, expansion of cooperative areas and etc., are put forward.
