摘要
为了防止汽水倒流进汽轮机,有效地保护汽轮机,在电厂抽汽系统中安装快速关闭阀。此阀门是一种新型阀门,采用三偏心结构和电液联合控制方式,具有关闭快速、密封严密、启闭力矩小等特点。当汽轮机出现紧急情况时,通过电信号或液压信号将快关油路打开,在弹簧或压力油的作用下,机械传动机构带动阀板快速关闭,关闭时间为0.3～0.9s。经工程实践证明,这种阀门能够起到快速关闭、隔断汽流、保护汽轮机的作用。
In order to protect the turbine against steam and water backflow, a fast closing valve, which adopts three eccentric structures and joint electrohydraulic controls, and features fast closing, tight seal, and small opening and closing moments, is installed in the steam bleeding system. In the emergency case of a turbine, the electric or hydraulic signal will quickly open the fast closing oil circuit so that the valve plate will be quickly closed by the mechanical drive under the action of spring or pressurized oil in 0.3-0.9 seconds. Engineering practice proved that this valve can quickly stop steam flow to protect the turbine.
