化工生产中常用湿式气柜作为各种气体的存贮和缓冲设备。正常工作时气柜承受内压,如果由于过度抽气或其他原因,会出现负压而导致气柜压瘪。对此,首先通过理论计算得到其临界失稳外压值,然后对其进行有限元结构分析计算,进一步得到气柜在外压下的变形情况及位移载荷曲线,从而给工厂的安全运行提供技术上的支持。
In chemical process the wet gas tank can be used to storage gases and served as buffers usually, and it is readily to be shriveled. It introduces the theoretical analysis and FE model to calculate the critical buckling value of the polypropylene wet gas tank enslaved outer- pressure. This ensures the safety of the plant.
