糖尿病性血管病变的血液粘度变化

摘要 观察了100例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病和40例正常对照组的血液流变学变化。结果表明,除全血粘度高切变速度及红细胞压积之外,血液流变学的其余各项指标均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05~0.01),血液粘度随血管并发症的进展而增高,并与血脂、糖化血红蛋白的增加呈正相关,揭示血脂、糖化血红蛋白及血液粘度增高与血管并发症有密切关系。 We investigated the blood viscosity changes in 100 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetic mellitus (NIDDM) and 40 normal subjects. The results showed that all the blood rbeologic parameters were higher than those of normal subjects (P<0.05~0.01) except the whole blood viscosity at high shear speed and the hemotocrit. The blood viscosity increased with the progression of the vascular complications and had a possitive correlation with the blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin levels. This indicates that the level of blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin and the rise of blood viscosity are closely related to the vascular complications in NIDDM patients.
