摘要
用含镁极化液加能量合剂对心室晚电位阳性患者进行治疗观察,结果转阴率为81.8％,且治疗后QRS—D、LAS较治疗前明显缩短(P<0.025),RMS_(40)较治疗前明显升高(P<0.001)。并简要探讨其机理。
An observation is reported about the treatment processes for eleven positive cases of ventricular late potentials by using polarized liquid containing magnesium and energy mixtare. It was found that the incidence from positive to negative was 81.8％. Comparing with the pre-treatment, both QRS-D and LAS were remarkably reduced (P<0.025), but RIMS 40 was shown a significant increase (P<0.001). A brief study on the mechanism of the above effects is also made in this paper.
