伏核与孤束核之间的直接往返联系

摘要 应用HRP顺逆行追踪的方法对伏核与孤束核之间的纤维联系进行了研究。将麦芽凝集HRP(WGA—HRP)注入大鼠的孤束核,发现在伏核的后2/3段的腹内侧部有密集的顺记纤维、终末和大量的标记细胞,愈近尾侧标记纤维和细胞越多。将HRP注入伏核,在孤束核的尾侧半见有大量逆行标记细胞和顺行标记纤维。标记物主要位于孤束核的连合核和内侧亚核。这一发现表明伏核与作为内脏活动中枢的孤束核之间存在着直接的往返联系,并提示基底前脑的伏核与内脏活动的综合调节有关。 Connections between the nucleus accumbens (Acb) and the nucleus of the solitary tract (Sol) have been examined with HRP retrograde and anterograde tracing method. After injection of WGA-HRP into caudal part of the Sol, the most of the labeled fibers, terminals and cellbodies were found in the ventromedial caudal part of the Acb. When HRP was injected into ventromedial caudal part of the Acb, most of the labeled cells and terminalis were found in the ipsolateral caudal part of the Sol. This fining indicateds that there are direct reciprocal connections between the Acb and the autonomic centers of the Sol which supports the concept that the Acb is involved in fore-brain integration of autonomic functions.
