摘要
通过对试验结果的分析 ,提出经过简化的压电陶瓷PZT 4的非线性本构关系 ,建立相应的有限元计算方法 .以多重复合式压电材料启动器为例 ,计算电荷载作用下的电畴翻转、反向极化和反向电致屈服等非线性响应 ,从而对压电材料启动器的工作特性有所了解 ,并对它的破坏机理的研究提供一些启示 .
On the analysis of experimental data,the simplified nonlinear constitutive laws for piezoelectric ceramic PZT 4 are presented.The corresponding finite element method is established.A multi layered piezoelectric actuator is taken as an example to verify the nonlinear response such as electric domain switching,reverse polarization and reverse electric yielding,etc.These results can help us to understand the working behavior of a piezoelectric actuator and provide with some hints for the fracture mechanism for our further studies.
