摘要
为适应新校的长远发展 ,高校合并后的财务管理应在“统一领导”原则下 ,依次做到管理机构、规章制度、分配政策。
In order to adapt to the long term development of the new school, the financial administration in combined colleges and universities should unify management organization, rules and regulations, distribution policy, budget fund and accounting check in proper order under the principle of 'unified leadership'.
