摘要
从知识经济的特点出发,阐述了当前信息产业发展的趋势,即信息产业结构的软化、信息产业的全 球化态势、产学研合作的加强、技术创新的核心地位。在分析信息产业发展形势的基础上。指出了我国信 息产业发展中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了解决问题的对策。
Developing from characteristics of knowledge economy, the article discusses the new trens of information industry that are the intenerate of imformation industry structure, globalization of imformation industry, the strengthen of the coorperation of enterprises, universities and academes, and the focus position of technology in international competition. On the base of analyzing current situation, the author continues to point out the main problems that prevent information industry from further development together with adoptable strategies and policies.
