摘要
PEXD型倒悬挂细碎颚式破碎机的活动颚板悬挂轴(偏心轴)倒悬挂在机器的底部。对该种机器的工艺、结构参数和设计综合指标进行优化设计,得出各参数的计算公式。动颚齿板上各点的运动轨迹近似于椭圆,且动颚上各点的行程比数值相近,使动颚齿板对于定颚齿板的挤压行为接近于“平行挤压”,增大了破碎能力,减少了齿板的磨损。排料结构避免了传统的颚式破碎机排料区域的“堵塞”现象,有利破碎后物料的排出。
The movable jaw suspending bearing (eccentric bearing) of PEXD style inverted fine jaw crusher suspends reversely at the bottom of the machine. Through the optimized design on the processing parameter, structure parameter and comprehensive design index, the calculation formulas of the parameters are determined. Movement locuses of spots on the movable jaw dentil plate are similar to ellipse-shape, and each spots on the movable jaw has similar passage ratio, it turns the squeeze action into parallel squeeze action, thus the crushing ability is strengthened and the abrasion of dentil plate is weakened. The blocking existed in the discharge area in traditional jaw crusher is avoided by the structure discharge and helpful to discharge the crushed meal.
