摘要
1986年10～12月间,对合肥地区260名医务人员和住院病人葡萄球菌携带情况进行调查。共分离出11种葡萄球菌,金葡菌占51.78%,表葡菌占25.17%,腐生菌占3.21%,其余8种葡萄球菌均在3%以下。头皮、手指金葡菌携带率医院内组高于医院外,医院内凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌分离率接近金葡菌。
Two hunderd and sixty hospital workers and hospitalized patients were investigated on nosocomial staphylococcal carry from Oct. to Dec. in 1986. 11 species of staphylococci were isolated. Of the 927 isolates, 480 (51.78%) isolates were S. aurepeus, 233(25.17%)S. epidermidis, 29(3.21%)S. saprophyticus, and other 8 species of staphylococci were less than 3%. The S. aureus carry rate of nosocomial personae was higher than that of outhospital personae. The isolation rate of nosocomial coagulasenegative staphylococci. (CNS) approached that of S. aureus.
