摘要
蚯蚓生物滤池(VBF)污水处理工艺是一种新型的污水处理技术,它具有处理工艺简单、处理效果好、规模灵活、二次污染少等优点。本文介绍了利用蚯蚓生物滤池处理城市生活污水初步试验的结果,当表面水力负荷为1m3/(m2·d)时,以细木屑、泥炭、石英砂为滤料,污水的CODCr去除率为72.4%;BOD5去除率为72.8%;SS去除率为90.5%。以粗木屑、泥炭、石英砂、谷壳为滤料,污水的CODCr去除率为80.5%、BOD5去除率为87.5%、SS去除率为93.2%。
Vermibiofilter(VBF) technology is a new sewage treatment technic. It has many merits such as simple treatment, good effect of treatment, flexible size, little secondary pollution, etc. The result of primary study that VBF used in Shanghai sewage treatment is introduced here. As hydraulic load of VBF is 1 m3/(m2·d) and filter material is thin wood crumbs, turves and quartz sands, the removal efficiency of the process observed in this study is 72.4 %for the chemical oxygen demand(CODCr), 72.8 %for the biological oxygen demand(BOD5), and 90.5 %for the suspended solids(SS). When thick wood crumbs, turves, quartz sands and chaff are served as filter material, the removal efficiency is 80.5 %for CODCr, 87.5 %for BOD5, 93.2 %for SS.
