微量元素钴的生化功能主要是通过维生素B12 来表现的。维生素B12 是钴元素在人体形成的最重要的化合物 ,它以中心为Co3 + 一个修饰的卟啉环为其结构基础 ,通过双电子或单电子还原反应产生强亲核的含化合物Co(Ⅰ )。该化合物是组成一些氨基酸变位酶和核甘酸还原酶等的辅酶 ,它在生命科学中非常重要。
The biochemical function of the trace element cobalt in biology are performanced by vitamin B 12 . Vitamin B 12 is formed important compound of cobalt in biology. It is based on a modified porphyrin ring (called a corrin ring) with a cobalt ion at its core. The complex can undergo one electron or two electron reduction, the latter leading to a strongly mucleophilic Co(Ⅰ) species. It is constituted the coenzyme for amino acids change and nucleotides restore, and this has important consequences for biological.
