摘要
提高退煮漂半制品的工艺质量 ,必须制订出优化的工艺 ,选用高效、清洁的助剂 ,配置符合最佳工艺条件的设备。本文介绍了短流程轧、洗、蒸单元的优化组合 ;分析了高给液装置、组合汽蒸箱的新颖结构 ;阐述了高效水洗的机理和防止湿加工织物起皱的对策 ;并推荐冷轧堆碱氧一浴工艺。
To improve the semi-finished product quality a fter desizing, scouring and bleaching, it is especially essential to optimize th e process conditions, select high-efficiency and clean chemicals, as well as int egrate equipments matching with the process. This section covers the optimum com bination of shortened process padding, washing and steaming units, innovative st ructures of high feeding apparatus, combined steamer and high-efficiency washing mechanism, as well as measures for crease prevention during fabric wet process. Machines for cold-pad-batch one bath process using alkali-hydrogen peroxide an d using three-step-two-process enzyme are recommended.
