摘要
当故障特征量非常明显时,故障选线结果才比较可靠;当其特征量很微弱时,选线结果则可能是错误的。该文不仅提出了一种故障测度概念,以定量评价线路疑是故障线路的程度,还提出了一种多种利用故障信息的融合选线判据, 该判据基于故障测度概念并利用小波分析理论构造了暂态信息故障测度算法;对故障工频信息构造了幅值和相角故障测度算法;运用D-S证据理论实现了多判据信息融合,将多判据选线问题转化为证据推理问题。结合选线问题的特点,将基本信度分配函数设计为相对信度分配函数与可确定信度系数之积形式。多故障信息的融合选线判据使选线性能得到提高,现场实测故障算例证实了文中方法的正确性。
In order to fit the complex single phase to ground fault in neutral insulated or Peterson coil earthed power networks, this paper proposes an integrated fault detecting method with fusion of multi fault information. For flexible and reasonable fusion purpose, concept of fault measures is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the degree of each line tending to be the fault line. Fault measure algorithms for transient are established by means of wavelet analysis. Fault measure algorithms for magnitude and phase angle of steady quantities are formulated as well. D-S evidence theory is utilized to make the fusion of multi- fault information. In this application, the product of relative basic probability assignment and a confirmable belief coefficient practicably formulate the basic probability assignment function. Multi-information fusion by means of fault measures and D-S evidence theory is capable of focalizing fault detection, and therefore improves the detecting performance greatly. Field results show that the fusion strategy exhibits excellent property over the existing criteria.
