摘要
选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗肺癌22例,药物为顺氯氨铂与丝裂霉素C,并选加5～FU,表阿霉素或环磷酰胺。结果:部分缓解者11例,稳定者5例,进展者6例(其中2例己死亡)。并讨论本疗法并发症的防治。
From April 1989 to August 1990,22 cases of advanced lung cancer were treated with selectivebronchial intraarterial chemotherapy.The short-term response showed that 16 cases(72.72%)re-vealed partial remission and stable.No severe complication was observed during or after the proce-dures.Selective bronchial intraarterial chemotherapy treatment supplies a new and safe curativemethod in advanced oung cancer.
