摘要
利用高级近似衍射理论导出部分相干照明双光栅干涉仪产生高反差干涉条纹的一般条件,指出在空间相干时域非相干光照明下,能形成非定域消色差干涉条纹。
By means of higher-order approximation, the general conditions are derived under which two-grating interferometrs with partial light form high contrast fringes. It is shown that the system with spatialcoherent and temporal-incoherent illumination can yield nonlocated achromatic fringe patterns,
