摘要
介绍了机车走行部当前使用的系列检测仪器、设备及使用效果 ,扼要介绍了国外相应仪器的概况。文章论述了走行部齿轮、轴承检测中尚需继续解决的问题。根据提速车运行的特点 ,指出当前提速机车轴箱轴承沿用旧型双排圆柱轴承的利弊及问题 ,建议改为双排圆锥滚子轴承 ,以改善轴承轴向受力条件。最后对两种类型轴承进行了国内外情况的对比分析。
Firstly,this paper introducod a series of instruments applied on condition Detection of the running parts of the Locomotive.Secondly,it discussed sone problems to be resolved on the current bearing and gear detection.Finally,by analyzing the application of two kinds of bedring-columnar and conical rolling bearing in china and abroad,it concluded that double line conical rolling bearing instead of double ling columnar rolling bearing should be applied on the raising speed locomotive in order to improve the bearing load condition.
