摘要
本文结合图书馆的实际,提出抓好图书馆的队伍优良、环境优化和服务优质三大问题,是提高图书馆员整体素质、强化服务功能、适时跟进构建学习型社会的有效路径。
Combining the reality of the library, the paper puts forward three ways to improve librarian' s literacy, strengthen service function, and participate in structuring the studying-type society. They are fine team, good ennviron-ment, and high-quality service.
